PRODUCT CHANGES
Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of issue of the receipt. For each product a change is accepted and you can get another product of equal or greater value. The packaging and jewelry must be in their original condition and the purchase receipt must be included in the package. Changes are also accepted for products purchased on offer or during discounts.
Please, before returning the product, contact us by calling 2421039904 or send an e-mail to eshop@ios.com.gr or fill in the contact form and indicate the number of the receipt and the new product you wish to pick up. You will find our details in ‘Contact’. The new order will be shipped within 5 days from the day we receive the product you return and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
MONEY RETURNS
In case you wish to get your money back you must return the product within 5 working days from the date you received the order. The packaging and the product should be in their original condition and the proof of purchase should be included in the package. Before sending the product, please contact us by calling 2421039904, by e-mail at eshop@ios.com.gr or by filling out the contact form to inform us and give us the account to which you wish to return the money.
The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product after deducting shipping costs and bank charges in case the payment has been made by credit card. As soon as we receive the product you sent as a change or return, we examine its status and inform you via e-mail about its receipt.
Ios.com.gr does not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage during the transfer of your returns. We recommend that you carry out your return shipments with reputable shipping companies. Please contact us before making any shipment, whether it is a change or a product return, to inform us.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Order cancellations are accepted until the day of shipment.
